Come along, cook and then eat!
Okay, so there’s a little bit more to it… There’s the chance to learn some brand new skills in the kitchen or brush up your techniques whether you’re an absolute beginner or a budding Gordon Ramsey.
Our session leader Anita will have you rustling up wholesome, nutritious meals that you can make at home. She’ll share her recipes and tips for shopping on a budget so that you can bring your kitchen to life every day.
All our meals are designed to be affordable, and easy to cook.

Cook and Eat is a great way to socialise and relax with friends if you’ve just finished our Life Coaching or SMART sessions. You can reflect on the learning that you’ve just shared together and you’ll get a delicious fresh meal to set you up for the rest of the day.
There is no charge for the session but we do ask for everyone to make a contribution on a Pay As You Feel basis to help us cover the cost of ingredients.

Our final session of the day is Creative Hub which gives you a chance to spend quality time with each other to relax, de-stress and uncover hidden talents.
